Bob
Berlon, President of the Board
 |
Bob Berlon
is a human development consultant and is president of The BERLON
Group. In this capacity, Bob helps organizations to rediscover their
true core purpose and identity and then coaches them to implement
strategies to maximize their opportunities for success.
Bob has been in sales, management and consulting for more than 35
years – most notably with Hewlett-Packard as a sales representative,
sales manager, and area manager. Since moving from Ohio to Atlanta
in 1990, he has served in consulting positions in change management,
quality, and organizational development. Bob is an active member
of the Organizational Change Alliance of Atlanta.
In Ohio, Bob and his wife, Lynn, and their 8 children led a Faith
& Light community for 10 years. Faith & Light is a community
founded by Jean Vanier that includes adults with intellectual disabilities,
their families, and young people. This experience is what attracted
Bob to be passionately involved with Atlanta’s L’Arche
endeavor.
Bob received his degree in Physics and Math from John Carroll University
in Cleveland and completed some post-graduate courses in Nuclear
Physics at Case-Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He enjoys
golf, photography, and connecting with his 14 grandchildren. |
