Please help us spread the word that our communities are better when they fully include people with disabilities! Here are some ways to do that, each take less than 10 minutes of your time and make a big difference!
Please help us spread the word that our communities are better when they fully include people with disabilities! Here are some ways to do that, each take less than 10 minutes of your time and make a big difference!
- Like and share our social media posts on Facebook and Instagram. When sharing, if you can add a sentence to let your friends know why you are sharing, that helps a ton! E.g., "I love L'Arche because they are creating inclusive community for people with and without disabilities. Right now if you join me in donating to L'Arche with a gift of $25, you will be helping to purchase a vehicle for the second house!"
- Donate yourselves! Each spouse can donate separately and it counts as two gifts!
- Forward our emails to friends and family with a brief note asking them to help an organization you care about to unlock a match. (Or write your own email! It doesn't have to be long, but a short, heartfelt message can go a long way.)
- Set up a Facebook fundraiser. Facebook will match the first $7 million of donations on December 1, starting at 8am, for donations made through Facebook!
