Y’all ready for this? We are so excited to announce the moment you’ve been training for: L’Arche Madness! This March, L’Arche Atlanta wants you to get out of the bleachers and into the game, raising funds and growing our community through some friendly competition. After a few weeks of an epic donor drive where we join together to meet our $25,000 goal, we invite you to join us at the L’Arche Madness Championship, where a bunch of our friends will go head-to-head, shooting baskets to raise money and spread the word about L’Arche. Players will have three minutes to shoot as many baskets as they can. Donors pledge money for every point they make. If a player makes a basket from within the three-point line, the player scores two points. If the player makes a basket from beyond the three-point line, the player scores three points. There are a few ways you can get involved in L’Arche Madness: Become a Team CaptainA Team Captain is someone who recruits friends and family to support L'Arche by donating $1 or more per point their team scores. Anyone can be a team captain, whether you can be with us on March 28 or not. A Team Captain can shoot baskets themselves, or they can ask a superstar basketball friend to shoot baskets, or they can choose one of our Core Members to support.
