​THANKING PARTICIPANTS IN YOUR FACEBOOK FUNDRAISER​

Thank you for setting up a Facebook Fundraiser on behalf of L'Arche Atlanta! Below are some tips for making sure your friends, family, and community members who contributed to your fundraiser receive as many thanks as possible.

AFTER YOU SET UP YOUR FUNDRAISER 
  • Include links within the fundraiser to L'Arche Atlanta’s website, so contributors can get an idea of how their donations will be used 
  • Share links to your favorite stories to highlight why L'Arche Atlanta’s work is important to you 
  • Tag @LArcheATL so we get a notification that your fundraiser has been set up 
  • L'Arche Atlanta staff will do our best to interact, ask questions, and provide information on your fundraising page, including links to sign up for newsletters, recent initiatives, and more.  
  • Share your fundraising page often – that's the best way to remind everyone that you have a goal you need to hit within a certain time frame!  

AFTER YOUR FUNDRAISER CONCLUDES 
  • Thank participants individually within your fundraising page 
  • Let them know that if they would like to receive a thank-you card from L'Arche Atlanta, to contact [email protected] with their information 
  • Reach out to [email protected] if you’d like to receive thank-you cards to send to your contributors
